1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
– Custom graphic design
– Canvas printing
– Website design and development
– Original song writing and composition
– Branding and identity development

Each service may be subject to a separate agreement or scope of work.

3. Payment Terms
– All prices are quoted in US dollars or the Nigeria naira and are subject to change.
– A deposit of 50% of the total cost for a service is required before work begins.
– Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files or products.
– Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property
– We retain the rights to all creative concepts and drafts until full payment is received.
– Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
– We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Revisions and Approvals
– Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
– Final approval is required before production or publishing. We are not liable for errors after approval.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations must be made in writing.
– Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
– Refunds for partially completed work will be prorated based on time and resources used.

7. Domain Extension Costs

: The initial website packages includes a standard domain extension. If the client requests a premium domain extension, additional charges may apply and will be communicated prior to registration.

8. Initial Delivery Timeline

The estimated timeline for the first delivery (for review and feedback) is, for:

a. Website – between 4 to 7 business days
b. Graphics – between 1 to 5 business days
c. Branding – between 3 to 10 business days
d. Song Writing – between 7 to 31 business days.
However, these time frames may be extended due to factors such as high project volume, client response delays, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of our jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior public notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
